Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Property Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to client engagement, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle. This role requires a results-driven individual who can represent the Metropolitan brand with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through company channels, networking, and referrals.
Conduct property presentations, viewings, and client consultations.
Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Negotiate offers and close sales in line with company standards.
Maintain an updated database of listings, client interactions, and sales activities.
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.
Stay informed about new project launches, market developments, and competitive offerings.
Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate professionally at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred.
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market or willingness to learn quickly.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
Professional appearance and a customer-focused mindset.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
