Key Responsibilities

Facilitate the sale and leasing of residential and commercial properties Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market, including pricing, trends, and legal procedures Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives Build and manage a portfolio of property listings with accurate and timely updates Provide expert advice and support throughout the transaction process Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategies and close deals Represent Metropolitan Capital at property exhibitions, open houses, and industry events
Qualifications and Experience

1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and legal framework Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are a plus Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred RERA or DMT certification is an advantage
