Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic

Property Resale Agent

to join our growing team. This role involves handling the resale of residential and commercial properties, engaging with clients, and closing successful deals. You'll play a key role in helping buyers and sellers navigate the property resale process.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and promote resale property listings Source and maintain a portfolio of clients (buyers and sellers) Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently Stay updated with current market trends, prices, and legal requirements Build and maintain long-term client relationships Coordinate with internal departments for marketing and documentation support

List and update properties across various online real estate portals

Ensure all listings are accurate, professional, and SEO-optimized

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (resale experience preferred) Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is a plus Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

Must have a valid real estate brokerage license

Familiarity with listing properties on online real estate portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)

Note:

The starting monthly salary for this role is AED 4,000. However, based on the candidate's experience and performance, a higher salary may be offered.
