Job Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is looking for a proactive and client-focused Property Real Estate Agent to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property transactions, building strong client relationships, and delivering expert guidance throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process. This role is suited for individuals who are passionate about real estate and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties Conduct property viewings, market assessments, and negotiations Maintain a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, including current listings, pricing trends, and legal procedures Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives Build and manage a portfolio of property listings, ensuring accurate and timely updates Provide clients with professional advice and support throughout the transaction process Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing strategies and close deals Represent the company at property exhibitions, open houses, and industry events
Qualifications and Experience

1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and relevant regulations Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle RERA or DMT certification is an advantage
