Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Property Real Estate Agent to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while delivering exceptional service and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence. This role requires strong market knowledge, effective communication skills, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information about listings
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements
Negotiate offers and close transactions in a timely and professional manner
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market and regulations
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers
Prepare and manage documentation related to property transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to promote listings and meet sales targets
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing (1-3 years preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and customer-oriented approach
Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Valid UAE driving license and access to own vehicle (preferred)
RERA or ADM certification is a plus or willingness to obtain
