Key Responsibilities

Actively engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Provide expert advice on property options, market trends, and investment opportunities. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and consultations to showcase available listings. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging referrals. Negotiate property sales and leasing agreements, ensuring compliance with UAE property laws. Stay informed about Abu Dhabi's real estate market, including pricing, trends, and emerging opportunities. Collaborate with developers, brokers, and internal teams to access exclusive listings and close deals. Utilize marketing strategies to promote properties effectively through online and offline channels. Prepare and manage all transaction documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.

Qualifications

Valid UAE real estate license. Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in Abu Dhabi. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Comprehensive knowledge of UAE property laws and local market dynamics. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
