Client Engagement & Promotions Team

and represent our premium off-plan portfolio across Dubai's top retail and hospitality destinations.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively interact with mall and hotel visitors, delivering a welcoming and informative brand experience. Present Sobha's off-plan projects in a clear, professional, and compelling manner to high-potential customers. Collect and verify accurate client details and log them in the CRM system. Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email to arrange site tours. Coordinate seamlessly with the sales team for lead transition and conversion support. Meet performance targets by achieving

a minimum of 200 qualified leads and 25+ site visits per month

, contributing to the sales pipeline and overall revenue targets. Maintain the kiosk to premium brand standards--organized, elegant, and customer-ready. Uphold Sobha values and brand etiquette while meeting monthly goals.

Candidate Profile

Experience in

real estate, retail sales, hospitality promotions, or customer-facing roles

(off-plan exposure is an advantage).

Female candidates only.

Exceptional communication skills and a polished, customer-focused approach. Confident, goal-oriented, and able to handle diverse client profiles. Comfortable working on foot for long hours and operating independently when required. Willingness to work across multiple mall locations. Flexible availability for weekends, public holidays, and shift-based schedules.
