We are seeking experienced Property Negotiators and a Team Lead to join our growing team and handle international clients.

Responsibilities:
Contacting prospective and existing clients
Responding to inquiries regarding the company and property portfolio
Identifying and understanding client requirements
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry partners
Negotiating and closing sales
(For Team Lead) Managing and supporting the sales team to achieve targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate
Strong understanding of sales trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Creative thinking and strong customer engagement abilities
Strong sales skills with resilience and patience
Working knowledge of relevant CRM and real estate software
