Position Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Property Negotiator

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for real estate. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, advising clients, and ensuring successful outcomes in sales and leasing agreements.

Responsibilities

Negotiate property sales, purchases, and rental agreements on behalf of clients Provide expert advice on pricing strategies, market conditions, and investment opportunities Conduct property viewings and facilitate discussions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants Prepare, review, and finalize contracts and other legal documentation Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate laws, regulations, and market trends Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and transparency Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and company sales targets
Qualifications

Proven experience in property negotiation, real estate sales, or a related field Strong communication, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market preferred Valid UAE driving license and access to a car is an advantage Ability to work independently and within a team environment Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus)
