A Snapshot of Your Day
As Real Estate ("RE") Property Manager within Middle East & Africa Region you will be responsible for supporting Middle East & Africa Regional Head in steering RE operations by providing professional management of the Real Estate portfolio and related RE activities for the assigned countries in the Middle East & Africa Region.
How You'll Make an Impact

• Discuss and align space requirements with customer (BUs/Departments)
• Align with customers (BUs/Departments) on mid and long-term real estate requirements
• Local tenant / landlord relationship management
• Negotiate external rental contracts according to threshold matrix and support RE Regional Management
• Fulfill terms and conditions of lease agreements
• Evaluate and manage local EHS risks and ensure legally compliant operations
• Carry out all internal procedures and approvals
• Update databases/portfolio/tools within the company

What You Bring

• A Degree in: Engineering sciences, Construction or related field
• Technical Knowledge (Excel, Reporting, Basics of financial analysis)
• Good communication and converse good English at professional working proficiency level.
• Previous Real Estate experience is a must
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and growing business
• The ability to communicate clearly with different levels of stakeholders across the business and across different countries/cultures.

About the Team
You will become part of the Siemens Energy Real Estate Team for Middle East and Africa. You will report to the ME & AF region Head and will work together with other property Managers for Middle East & Africa
