Job Description
Hiring for a General Manager for a Property Management company based in Dubai. Main Competencies:
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
- Formal RERA / Real Estate Training
- Minimum of 15years of leadership experience; In depth knowledge in leasing, asset, property and facility management, managing comprehensive operational works, P&L & progressive growth
- Experience in UAE Real Estate Management, Business Development and Portfolio Management
- Good IT skills including MS Office and other PM software used within the region
- property management: 10 years (Required)
- UAE Real Estate Management: 5 years (Required)
- Sales and Portfolio Management: 10 years (Required)
- RERA (Required)
