Job Description
1. Property Rental and Management: - Oversee the rental and management of various properties including residential flats, commercial buildings, shops, warehouses, and more. 2. Knowledge of RERA Laws: - Demonstrate a deep understanding and compliance with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) regulations and laws. 3. Handling Rental Disputes: - Successfully manage and resolve rental disputes in accordance with established legal procedures and guidelines. 4. Maintenance Team Management: - Supervise and lead a maintenance team to ensure properties are well-maintained and issues are addressed promptly. 5. Maintenance Execution and Reporting: - Coordinate and execute maintenance tasks, and provide detailed reports on maintenance activities and expenses. 6. Purchasing Experience: - Source, negotiate, and purchase related products, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards are met. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
