Responsibilities: - register check-in and check-out of tenants - inventory - preparation of contracts - connection Ejari, DEWA, gas, wi-fi - solving everyday problems of tenants - collection of payment - participation in court proceedings - registration of powers of attorney Working conditions: - office Business Bay - work schedule 6/1 - provide VISA - salary 5,000 AED - opportunity for career growth - bonus for additional services provided - the opportunity to rent out apartments and receive a commission Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 per month Experience:
