Manage rental property/preparation of tenancy contract / Ejari registration / Listing of vacant properties in web portals/handling viewing of prospective tenants / rental negotiation with clients and tenants / coordinate with third-party agents for renting / move in and move out procedures / timely serving of renewal notice/handling of PDC's / managing maintenance issues as per contract terms & conditions Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From AED1.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- 2 Years of Real Estate Experience
