  • Requirement
  • 01 - Should have minimum 3 - 7 Years of working experience in the same field
  • 02 - Should have driving license
  • 03 - should be worked in close liaison with appropriate officials (RERA / DLD, Dubai Municipality, Etc.)
  • 04 - should have excellent knowledge of Real Estate Market in terms of property rental and property sales.
  • 05 - should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • 06 - problem solving skill with rational framework.
  • 07 - having adequate knowledge of laws, and rules & regulation in relation to rental property and sales property is must.
  • 08 - having knowledge of market analysis in terms of purchasing goods for maintenance works and sales of apartments for newly built properties is considered as part of the role.
  • 09 - Excellent knowledge in English with native language and having knowledge in Arabic will give more advantages.
  • 10 - should have Degree / MBA in finance & Administration field or relevant qualification.

  • Roles and Responsibilities Business Development*

  • Business development to ensure the growth of the portfolio including initiating and managing marketing initiatives, preparing client proposals and conducting client presentations.
  • * Processing of rental applications including detailed screening of applicants and discussions with landlords.
  • Lease negotiations, preparation of tenancy agreements for new leases
  • and renewals.
  • Recognizing the need for, organizing and overseeing maintenance and renovations (liaising with approved service providers). Obtaining quotes and implementing property maintenance and repairs quickly and efficiently.
  • Achieving maximum revenue on behalf of the landlord by ensuring, in conjunction with leasing agents, that all units carry as high an occupancy rate as possible.
  • Liaising with strata, government and industry departments e.g. the rent committee of Dubai Municipality and RERA
  • * Ensuring, as far as possible, that tenants' complaints and concerns are attended with speedily and satisfactorily.
  • Collection and monitoring of rent payments and preparing documentation in the case of arrears (including termination notices).
  • Maintaining an accurate filing system so as to incorporate property and tenancy related information.
  • Any other duties that may arise, or as directed by your immediate managers.
  • Requirements
  • * 7 year's property management experience, local and international experience preferred
  • * In depth knowledge of the Dubai property market
  • High computer literacy, including property management software/CRM experience. Masterkey experience an advantage.
  • Highly motivated and organised with excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent English, written and spoken.
  • Property Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.
  • Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing units
  • Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, contracting with landscaping and snow removal services Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repair Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
