We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Property Listing Administrator
to support our real estate team by managing and maintaining property listings across Portals (Bayut & Property Finder, Etc) and marketing platforms. This role is essential to ensuring listing accuracy, compliance, and timely updates, allowing agents to focus on client relationships and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Create, input, and manage property listings in the Portals (Bayut & Property Finder, Etc)
Update listing details including pricing, status changes, and descriptions
Ensure all listings comply with rules and brokerage standards
Upload and manage listing photos, videos, floor plans, and virtual tours
Maintain accurate records of listing documents and disclosures
Review listings for accuracy, consistency, and quality control
Communicate with agents regarding missing information, revisions, or deadlines
Qualifications
Previous experience in real estate administration or listing management preferred
Familiarity with Portals platforms (Bayut & Property Finder, Etc)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple listings and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency with basic office software and CRM systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Knowledge of real estate compliance and disclosures
Experience with marketing tools or design platforms (e.g., Canva)
Prior support experience with real estate agents or teams
