Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Handle rental inquiries from clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person
Develop property listings by building rapport and reaching out to potential buyers in the market
Listing and marketing properties for rent
Negotiating offers and contracts negotiation
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value Requirements
Must have at least 1year Real Estate experience or any field of sales experience
Knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Ability to achieve Leasing targets
Ability to work independently and as a Team
Highly motivated and goal-orientated
Strong negotiation and communication skills

All Nationalities
Have Car License and own Car
Good English
Sales Experience - Any sales expedience
