Job Objective:
To ensure properties are maintained effectively, market properties and screen prospective tenants . Preserve favorable relations with property owners and tenants, contribute to a positive atmosphere in the office and portray a positive image of the company in your activities.
Handling all leasing and tenancy matters including tenancy administration, lease term negotiations, takeover , complaints / emergencies, dealing with evictions, handling move out, comply with property safety standards and handover of premises
Key Accountabilities
Budgets and Plans Planning Evaluation Third Party Relationship Management Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures Moving Out Management and Screening Tenants Customer and Stakeholder Management Asset Management Statement and Reports
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Sales & Marketing or Property Management
Minimum Experience:
4-6 years as a Property Leasing Analyst for major retail organizations
