Responsibilities:
Performs all activities related to apartment rentals.
Prepares Form A (Seller\'s Agreement), Form B (Buyer\'s Agreement) and Form F (MOU/Sales Agreement between the Seller and Buyer) through Dubai REST application.
Creates listings/advertisement on the CRM (PropSpace), applies for Trakheesi permits and publish the adverts online - Property Finder, Dubizzle, Just Property, Bayut, etc.
Maintains day to day administrative and personal services in order to support office operations.
Answer telephone calls and take messages.
