Job Description

*Follow up the properties Listing on the major portals and the company's website. *Obtaining ownership documents and verifying properties on the portals. *Uploading properties to the company CRM. *Assisting agents with data checking, filing and client reporting. *Preparing Agent to Agent forms, Terms of Business and invoicing. *Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.) *Managing the Commercial Agency department's property listings. *Maintain and update listings of available properties. *Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices. *Additional works provide by superior related to properties managing. *Coordinating all incoming and outgoing mail. *Office meetings - weekly & monthly agendas. *Maintain/update database contacts register and excel master file. *Monitor team Target daily, weekly and monthly.
