Property Consultants - Commission Only (Up to 70%)

Commission Structure: Up to 70% of total brokerage fee.
About the Role:
We are expanding our high-performing sales team and seeking ambitious, self-motivated Property Consultants to join us. This is a pure commission-based role with an industry-leading split, offering uncapped earning potential for top performers. You will be responsible for generating leads, building a client network, and closing deals in the dynamic Dubai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and marketing channels.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to viewing, negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords.
• Conduct market research and provide expert advice to clients on property valuations, trends, and investment opportunities.
• List and market properties effectively using company and personal channels.
• Coordinate viewings, negotiations, and paperwork with high professionalism.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid RERA certificate is MANDATORY.
• Proven track record in real estate sales in the UAE market.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, resilient, and target-oriented with a hunter mentality.
• Strong network and ability to generate independent business.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai areas, property types, and transaction processes.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, etc.) are a major advantage.
• Own car and valid UAE driver's license is highly preferred.
