Key Responsibilities
? Educate and assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties
? Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
? Conduct property listings and organize viewings
? Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships
? Negotiate property sale and rental agreements
? Stay up to date with the real estate market and industry best practices
Requirements
? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong negotiation and sales abilities
? High commitment level, strong work ethic, and a results-driven mindset
? Proficiency in using real estate tools and digital platforms
? Real estate license is a plus, but not mandatory
? Minimum 6 months of UAE real estate/sales experience is required
