Key Responsibilities

Advise and assist clients--including buyers, sellers, tenants, and investors--on real estate opportunities across Dubai. Conduct property viewings, manage negotiations, and oversee complete sales and leasing transactions. Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships through trust, transparency, and exceptional service. Stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends, market conditions, and pricing strategies. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the company's commitment to excellence.

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum

1 year of sales experience

in any industry. Successful candidates will undergo a

2-month probation period

.

Additional Requirements:

Valid

UAE driving license

(essential for property tours and client meetings). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, RERA regulations, and local property laws. Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
