Position Title: Prroperty Consultant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commission

About the Client:
A Dubai based real estate company known to offering services to both buyers & sellers for housing and investment options.
:
- Manage all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives.
- Achieve revenue targets through active resale, leasing and lead generation
- Create and maintain a positive, competitive culture to drive high-performance.
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with Sales Managers to support their development and drive results.
- Attract, develop and retain the best talent within the Commercial team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Tech, Finance and Pre-Sales teams to align on anything affecting customers or sales performance.
- Work closely with management to ensure a clear plan for development.
