As a Property Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our business by identifying and acquiring new clients, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. To succeed in this role, you should be customer-focused, have a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and providing timely and effective support to clients throughout the buying/selling/renting process. Responsibilities: * Actively seek out new business and build a client base through networking and referrals. * Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on real estate trends in the UAE market. * Identify clients\' needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements. * Conduct property viewings and assist clients throughout the buying/selling/renting process. * Negotiate deals and prepare necessary documentation. * Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support. Qualifications: * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and regulations. * Bachelor\'s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
