Job Description
We are Looking for a Experienced Specialized in off plan and secondary market agent who Willing to work on a commission basis ,No Basic salary commission up to 50%. You can Earn as much as you want and its not a job its like a partnership business.
Requirements
Generate and manage lists of properties for rent and sale
Arranging viewing of properties to potential Clients
Ability to achieve targets and work independently
Build good working relationship among Brokers and Clients.
Keep up to date with new launches and project
Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property market, current trends, and market conditions in Dubai
Conducting and search of the optimal solution in the interest of the Client
Customer support at all stages of transaction
Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
Proven track of successful sales record
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Pleasant and trustworthy
Understanding of market focus
