Sales and Marketing of Resale and Off-plan properties in Dubai. Leasing of ready properties, managing leads, Clients, properties and specializing in preferred areas. Bank financing for Clients and Mortgage consultancy, management of Landlords properties and Rental renewals with the Tenants, Telemarketing, qualifying Clients, doing viewings of selected properties, negotiating with Buyers/Sellers and Tenants/Landlords and closing deals.
