We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for UAE Experienced Property Consultants to join our team! We offer a competitive salary and commission structure, as well as training and support to help you succeed in your new role. Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
- Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.
- Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.
- Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
- Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
- Proven experience 1-2 years in a real estate.
- Sound knowledge of real estate laws.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- 1- you are willing to work in real estate where first month fix salary will be AED 4500-5000 & from next month onward only commission upto 65%?
- 1- what is your visa status & location in UAE?
