Job Description
Our valued clients are looking forward full time Property consultants. Applicant must have proven experience in the same role 1-2 years in UAE (Off plans & secondary market). The salary will be AED 5000/month +commission 30% for the first month only.
Later it will only commission up to 65% percent. Immediate joiner we need for this role. *Full time employment visa will be given together with broker card & health insurance. Responsibilities:

- Advising clients in making informed property purchase decisions.
- Contacting clients by making cold calls, giving presentations, and sending promotional emails.
- Analyzing latest property market trends.
- Communicating with clients to understand their property requirements and financial standing.
- Maintaining and updating an accurate database of real estate properties.
- Negotiating with Real Estate Agents and Brokers on behalf of clients.
- Assisting clients in preparing legal documents.
- Presenting profitable property proposals to clients .
- Securing a fruitful relationship with clients and consulting deals.
