This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant Team Lead based in Abu Dhabi. The Property Consultant Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of property consultants, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring team targets are met. The role involves conducting property market analysis, advising clients, coordinating property transactions, and leading the team in building strong client relationships. Additionally, the Team Lead will oversee strategy development, monitor performance metrics, and foster a collaborative team environment to drive success.
Qualifications
Strong team leadership and collaboration skills Proficient in consulting and communication with clients and stakeholders Advanced analytical skills to interpret property market trends Proficiency in strategic planning to achieve business goals and develop growth initiatives Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field Experience in real estate or property consultancy is highly desirable
