Property Consultant (Specializing in Off-Plan, Secondary Market, or Leasing)
Department: Sales & Leasing

Reports to: Sales Manager / Branch Manager
About the Role:
As a Property Consultant at Azco Real Estate, you will be the driving force behind our sales success. You will leverage your expertise in Dubai's dynamic market to guide clients through their most significant financial decisions. We encourage consultants to develop a niche in Off-Plan, Secondary (Re-Sale), or Leasing to build deep expertise and become a market leader in your chosen field.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Client & Business Development: Proactively generate leads through personal networks, social media, cold calling, referrals, and marketing initiatives. Build a robust, self-sustaining pipeline.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth needs analysis with buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants. Provide expert advice tailored to their investment goals or lifestyle needs.
  • Property Marketing: List, market, and promote properties using high-quality visuals, compelling descriptions, and multiple platforms (property portals, social media, company website).
  • Viewings & Negotiations: Schedule and conduct professional property viewings. Skillfully negotiate terms and prices to secure the best outcome for all parties.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee the entire deal cycle from offer to closing. Liaise with the in-house operations team for legal checks, MOUs, Ejari, DLD processes, and handovers.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain an expert-level understanding of market trends, pricing, new project launches, and community developments. Provide insights to clients and the team.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to RERA/DLD regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of successful real estate sales experience in Dubai (for experienced hires).
  • Valid RERA Certificate (DREI) is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and closing skills in English. Arabic or other languages are a strong advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently.
  • Driver's license and own vehicle required.
