Property Consultants
who already have
active property listings
and a strong network in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and promote
secondary market property listings
across Dubai.
Actively source, maintain, and update property listings.
Conduct property viewings with prospective clients and close deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, landlords, and investors.
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and offers professionally.
Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Minimum
1-2 years of UAE real estate experience
(secondary market preferred).
Must have
own active property listings
.
Strong network of landlords, investors, and clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
RERA certification (advantageous).
