Job Summary

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced

Secondary Property Consultant

to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of

2+ years of experience

in real estate sales, with a solid network of contacts in Dubai and a passion for closing deals. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for career growth, high earning potential, and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting secondary market properties in Dubai. Provide expert advice and guidance on the Dubai property market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners. Conduct market research to identify competitive market prices and trends. Negotiate property deals and ensure successful transaction closures. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RERA regulations and ensure compliance. Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and property viewings as required.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in real estate sales (Dubai market preferred).

RERA certification

(or willingness to obtain it). A strong

network of contacts

in the Dubai real estate market.

Excellent communication

and

negotiation skills

. Proven ability to meet and exceed

sales targets

.

Fluency in English

is required; proficiency in

Arabic, French, or Spanish

is a plus. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
