Property Consultants

specializing in the

secondary (ready and rentals) market

.

We offer excellent administrative support to streamline your workflow, from listing coordination to platform visibility, so you can focus on closing deals and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle client inquiries and conduct property viewings for secondary market listings List properties on various portals with the help of our admin support team Build and maintain strong client relationships Negotiate and close sales or rental transactions Stay updated with current market trends, pricing, and community insights Ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout the sales/rental process

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate secondary market Strong knowledge of ready properties and local communities Excellent negotiation and communication skills Driven, organized, and able to manage time effectively RERA certification is a plus Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
