What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a
Property Consultant
or in real estate sales/leasing in the Dubai market
Confidence in handling property inquiries and closing deals
Strong
phone communication skills
and ability to manage multiple client conversations
Passion for real estate and a professional attitude
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Self-driven, well-organized, and results-oriented
Key Responsibilities
Engage and convert qualified leads through effective communication and follow-ups
Maintain an active pipeline
Stay up to date with Dubai real estate trends, pricing, and legal updates
Collaborate with colleagues and management to improve team results
