Market Research and Analysis
:
Keep up-to-date with current property market trends, pricing, and competition in the area.
Research and evaluate property values and investment opportunities for clients.
Client Relationship Management
:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing personalized service to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Documentation and Compliance
:
Prepare and review property documentation, including contracts, agreements, and lease documents.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during transactions.
Marketing and Promotion
:
Promote properties via various marketing channels, including online listings, social media, and property events.
Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, digital ads, and property listings.
Business Development
:
Identify new business opportunities, clients, and markets to expand the company's reach.
