Responsibilities:
Sell and rent premium properties in Dubai.
Build and maintain relationships with Russian and English-speaking clients.
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.
Utilize company-provided marketing and lead support to boost sales.
Meet personal sales targets and maximize commission income.
Requirements:
Fluent in Russian or English.
Sales experience preferred; real estate experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
