Role Description -

Property Consultant (Commission-Based)

This is a

full-time, on-site role

in Dubai. As a Property Consultant, you will:

Consult with clients and provide expert real estate advice. Manage negotiations, sales, leasing, and transactions. Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships. Leverage

our exclusive projects, leads, and marketing campaigns

to maximize closings.

Qualifications We Value

Minimum 2 years' experience in Dubai's real estate market (sales or leasing). Proven track record of closing deals and managing clients successfully. Strong communication, consulting, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet sales targets. Knowledge of Dubai's property laws and market trends. UAE driving license preferred (not mandatory). Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
