JOB DESCRIPTION

Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
Communicating with clients to understand their property requirements and financial standing.
Maintain a database of commercial, industrial, and residential properties available on the property market
Planning and developing strategies for effective property management and sales
Securing a fruitful relationship with clients and consulting deals
Recommending investment properties to clients
Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services
Achieving the monthly target assigned by the management
Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale
Carry out the marketing of property vacancies to attract prospective tenants
Bringing more units on Property management
