Job Description

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

SASA Real Estate is looking to hire Property Consultants specializing in UAE Off-Plan Market. You will be responsible for providing clients with advice on investing in Dubai Real Estate Market (mainly off-pan), based on deep analysis of the Real Estate Market and latest industry trends. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Off-Plan sales in Dubai.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have at least 1 year of experience in the

Dubai off-plan

Real estate market. Deep knowledge of the Dubai off-plan real estate market. Excellent sales, interpersonal, networking, negotiation and persuasion skills. Competitive knowledge of sales processes and techniques. Self-driven, ambitious, and ability to work independently with genuine dedication. Fluency in English is required; additional languages, such as Arabic, are a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms. Valid UAE Driving License. (own car is an added advantage)
