motivated Leasing Agents / Property Consultants

Responsibilities
Handle tenant leads, schedule property viewings, and close rental contracts
Build and maintain strong landlord relationships
Negotiate tenancy agreements and ensure RERA compliance
Collaborate with property management team for renewals and handovers
Represent Aston Gate's professional, client-first service in every interaction
Requirements
Minimum 1 year leasing/real estate experience in Dubai (mandatory)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to close rental deals
RERA certification (preferred)
Self-motivated, professional, and driven for results
Compensation
Commission-based with
structured tiered commission up to 50%
Basic support for top performers
Growth path into property management and sales divisions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
