Responsibilities include:

Working with clients to help them find the right properties for their needs Managing property listings and leasing contracts Building and maintaining client relationships Leading and mentoring team members (for Team Leader and Sales Manager roles) Achieving sales and performance targets

Requirements:

Strong communication skills A passion for customer service and sales Self-motivated and target-driven Experience in any of the following fields is a plus: banking, aviation, hospitality, insurance, luxury goods, or real estate
