Property Consultant (German-speaking) We are a dynamically growing company and are recruiting a motivated Property Consultant. The focus of our company is the support of investors from Switzerland, Austria and Germany. We accompany our clients with a lot of commitment, know-how and passion through their personal investment projects in Dubai. Real Estate is a business rooted in trust. Terra Nova Real Estate is managed by Swiss nationals. As a Property Consultant you will be responsible for managing different properties from property owners, creating relationship with investors and landlords, generating new leads, creating advertisements on online portals, arranging viewings and closing deals. You will work very closely with the company owners and you will be handling German-speaking investors. We count on your enthusiasm for real estate and Dubai. Responsibilities - Handling customer inquiries from Germany
- Consulting and support of German investors
- Procurement of real estate
- Appraisal of the property on site
- Conduct purchase price negotiations
- Development of a marketing strategy
- Organizing, coordinating and conducting property viewings
- Accompanying clients during the execution of the purchase contract as well as attendance at the notary appointment
- Supporting investors even after the completion of a purchase
- Actively offer or sell after-sales services Requirements - Fluent German and English, any other language is a plus
- Performance-oriented, ambitious and communicative personality
- A lot of motivation, discipline, personal responsibility and initiative
- Confident appearance and assertiveness as well as independent, flexible, structured and result-oriented way of working
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills
