DRAJ PROPERTIES is seeking a highly experienced Real Estate Agent (Secondary Market) to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on leasing and selling ready properties in Dubai's competitive real estate market. The ideal candidate will support clients with their property requirements, conduct market research, and manage leasing and sales transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, landlords, and tenants Understand client requirements and provide tailored secondary market property solutions Schedule and conduct property viewings for ready properties Handle negotiations between landlords and tenants or buyers Stay updated on secondary market trends, pricing, and competitor activities Accurately match client requirements with available residential and commercial properties Assist in leasing and selling secondary market properties Ensure all contracts, paperwork, and legal documentation are complete and compliant

Requirements

Minimum

1 year of Dubai real estate experience

(Secondary Market - Residential & Commercial) Brokerage company experience is highly preferred Strong knowledge of Dubai property laws, regulations, and market practices Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage) Proficient in real estate CRM systems and online marketing platforms Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets Available to start immediately
