Candidate Profile:



We are looking for Property Consultants with existing clientele portfolio with minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE to join our team. Serving elite clientele requires more than just market knowledge; it demands discretion, sophistication, and a curated experience that reflects the lifestyle of those who expect nothing but the best.

Day to day responsibilities:



? Gather accurate property information and assist in creating compelling marketing materials.

? Conduct and attend property valuations and viewings.

? Advise clients on current Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.

? Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from initial interest through to agreement.

? Maintain consistent client communication through follow-up calls and care checks after viewings.

? Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach using our CRM system.

? Liaise with financial institutions, mortgage consultants, surveyors, legal professionals, and other agencies during the sales and letting process.

? Ensure compliance with Dubai's property laws, regulations, and company standards at all times.
