Job Description

We are seeking a professional and motivated Property Consultant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on property investments, guiding them through the buying, selling, or renting process, and assisting with property viewings. The role requires strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on available properties, market trends, and investment opportunities. Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties. Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the decision-making process. Negotiate property prices and terms on behalf of clients. Maintain a detailed knowledge of the local property market and property listings. Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and property developers. Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and documentation related to property transactions. Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Follow up on leads, handle customer inquiries, and convert leads into successful deals. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire buying/renting/selling process.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar real estate sales role. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and property trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and customer service orientation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (CRM systems). High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred).
