Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and bilingual
Property Consultant
fluent inEnglish and Arabic
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least1 year of real estate experience
, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the perfect property.Key Responsibilities
Assist buyers, sellers, and tenants in navigating the real estate process Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to clients Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties and market trends Build and manage a network of leads and maintain strong client relationships Negotiate and close deals in a professional and ethical manner Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress Coordinate with developers, landlords, and other agents as needed
Requirements
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
Minimum1 year of experience
in real estate or sales Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Good knowledge of local real estate market is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems Valid [UAE or relevant country] driver's license is preferredWhat We Offer
