About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced and licensed Female Property Consultant to join our team in Dubai. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, building client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences. Negotiate and facilitate property transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Stay up-to-date on Dubai's real estate market trends, laws, and regulations. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding your client base. Utilize various marketing channels to promote properties and your services. Ensure all transactions are properly documented and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market, laws, and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong client-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Fresh candidates in real estate industry with prior sales experience in any other industry are encouraged to apply. 1-2 years of experience in real estate brokerage will be an add on. Valid license from the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) will also be preferred.
