Job Description

Arfeen Real Estate is expanding its Ajman team and is currently seeking a driven and Arabic-speaking Female Property Consultant. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, client-focused, and eager to grow within the UAE real estate sector. Prior experience is welcome but not essential, as full training and continuous support will be provided.

Role Overview



Guide clients through property buying, renting, and selling processes across Ajman Arrange and carry out property inspections, explaining details clearly and professionally Assist in negotiations and support clients until successful deal completion Establish and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and quality service Keep up to date with property values, new developments, and market activity

Candidate Profile



Fluent Arabic speaker Female candidates only (position-specific requirement) Strong communication and people-handling abilities Self-motivated, confident, and performance-driven Freshers and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; full training is provided
