Job Description

Arfeen Real Estate is seeking a motivated, confident, and Arabic-speaking Female Property Consultant to join our expanding team in Ajman. Whether you have real estate experience or are just beginning your career, we provide structured training, continuous support, and a strong platform to grow within the UAE property industry.

Key Responsibilities



Assist clients with property buying, renting, and selling across Ajman Conduct professional property tours and explain features clearly and confidently Handle negotiations and guide clients toward smooth, successful closures Build trust-based relationships through transparency and excellent customer service Keep up to date with new launches, price trends, and overall market developments

Candidate Requirements



Fluency in Arabic (speaking and writing) Female candidates only (position requirement) Strong communication, customer service, and presentation skills Ambitious, confident, and target-driven attitude Freshers are encouraged to apply -- full training will be provided
